I make the following order under section 123G(1) of the Water Management Act 1999 .22 June 2011

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Water Management (Watercourse Authority Exemption) Amendment Order 2011 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the transfer day within the meaning of the Irrigation Company Act 2011 . 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Water Management (Watercourse Authority Exemption) Order 2009 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Clause 4 amended (Exemption) Clause 4(e) of the Principal Order is amended by omitting subparagraph (ii) .
