I make the following order under section 211(4) of the Water Management Act 1999 .10 July 2003

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Water Management Order 2003 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3InterpretationAn expression in this order that is defined in the Water Management Act 1999 has the same meaning as so defined. 4Constitution of Cheshunt Drainage TrustThe Cheshunt Drainage Trust is reconstituted by reducing the number of trustees on the board of that Trust to 5.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
