Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to repeal the provisions in the Water Management (General) Regulation 2011 that relate to the Upper Parramatta River Catchment Trust, as a consequence of the commencement (on 30 June 2012) of an amendment to the Water Management Act 2000 which removes the Trust as a water supply authority under that Act.

This Regulation is made under the Water Management Act 2000, including section 400 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Water Management (General) Amendment
(Upper Parramatta River Catchment Trust) Regulation 2012.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 30 June 2012 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

Clauses 113, 188 (f), 191 (2) and 193 and Subdivision 4 of Division 7 of

Part 9

Omit the provisions.
