1      Name of Proclamation

This Proclamation is the Water Management (Application of Act to Flood Work
Approvals) Proclamation 2015.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on 21 September 2015 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Application of Part 3 of Water Management Act 2000 to flood work approvals

It is declared that Part 3 of Chapter 3 of the Water Management Act 2000 applies to all flood work approvals in relation to each part of the State.
