2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

Schedule 2 Major utilities

Omit “Macquarie Generation”. Insert in alphabetical order:

AGL Macquarie Pty Limited

Explanatory note
The object of this Proclamation is to include AGL Macquarie Pty Limited in, and remove Macquarie
Generation from, the list of major utilities in Schedule 2 to the Water Management Act 2000.
