No 92—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 287 of the Water Management Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 to that Act, to take effect as from 1 January 2001, by inserting in alphabetical order in Part 2 of that Schedule the corporate name “Australian Inland Energy Water Infrastructure”.

Explanatory note

The object of this proclamation is to establish Australian Inland Energy Water Infrastructure as a water supply authority for the purposes of the Water Management Act 2000. Australian Inland Energy Water Infrastructure has previously been a water supply authority under the Water Supply Authorities Act 1987.
