1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Water (Licence Fees and Water Authorities) Amendment Regulation 2020.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Water Regulation 2016.

3   Amendment of s 130 (Fees)

Section 130(4)—
insert—

(c)an application for, or an application for a dealing with, a water licence with a stated purpose of ‘CYPHA’.
