Water Legislation Amendment Act 2008
An Act to amend the Water Management Act 1999 , Approvals (Deadlines) Act 1993 , Farm Water Development Act 1985 , Irrigation Clauses Act 1973 and Inland Fisheries (Commercial Nets and Fees) Regulations 1999 , to repeal the Cressy-Longford Irrigation Act 1969 and Cressy-Longford Irrigation Water Act 1972 and for related purposes

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 500 penalty units and, in the case of a continuing offence, a further fine not exceeding 50 penalty units for each day during which the offence continues.
