s1 4 s4 Water Infrastructure Development (Burnett Basin) No. 101, 2001 Amendment Act 2001 The Parliament of Queensland enacts— 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Water Infrastructure Development (Burnett Basin) Amendment Act 2001 . 2 Act amended This Act amends the Water Infrastructure Development (Burnett Basin)Act 2001. 3 Amendment of title Title, after ‘Burnett Basin’— insert— ‘, and for other purposes’. 4 Insertion of new pts 3A and 3B After part 3— insert— ‘PART 3A—AMENDMENT OF WATER RESOURCE (BURNETT BASIN) PLAN 2000 ‘10A Plan amended in pt 3A ‘ (1) This part amends the Water Resource (Burnett Basin) Plan 2000 . ‘ (2) This part has effect despite the Water Act 2000 , chapter 2, part 3, division 2. 1 1 Water Act 2000 , chapter 2 (Allocation and sustainable management), part 3 (Water planning), division 2 (Water resource plans)
