1. Name of Declaration

This Declaration is the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Amendment Declaration 2007 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered.

Schedule 1 amends the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Declaration 2005.

For paragraph 12 (1) (b) of the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005, the following State and Territory laws correspond to the Act:

(a)    Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (New South Wales) Act 2005 (NSW);

(b)    Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005 (Vic);

(c)    Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005 (Qld);

(d)    Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2006 (WA);

(e)    Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2006 (SA);

(f)    Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005 (Tas);

(g)    Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005 (ACT);

(h)    Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2006 (NT).
