Short title. 1 . This Act luay he cited as the “ Water (Costs

Sec. 79. (2) The said Act is further amended by inserting in section seventy-nine after the word “ drainage ” where first occurring the words “ or the prev^ention of tlie flooding.”

Sec. 80.

(3) The said Act is further amended—

(a)	by inserting at the end of subsection one of section eighty the words “'an d for the pre­ vention of the flooding the reo f” ;
(b)	by omitting from subsection two of that section the word “ accordingly” and inserting in lieu thereof the word.s “ or to prevent the flooding thereof.”

Sec. SO.

(4) The said Act is further amended by inserting
