Water Corporations (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2013

1.Citation

These regulations are the Water Corporations (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2013.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

• (a)

  regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

• (b)

  the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Water Services Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2012 Part 7 comes into operation.

3.Accountability and financial provisions

• (1)

  For the purposes of Schedule 5 clause 14 of the Act, 1 July 2014 is prescribed.

• (2)

  For the purposes of Schedule 5 clauses 15, 16 and 18(1) and (2) of the Act, the financial year commencing on 1 July 2014 is prescribed.
