Water Corporation (Authorised Capital) Regulations 1997
1.CitationThese regulations may be cited as the Water Corporation (Authorised Capital) Regulations 1997 1.
2.CommencementThese regulations come into operation on 1 July 1997.
3.Authorised capitalThe authorised capital of the corporation is $1 000 and comprises one share with a nominal value of that amount.
