AN ACT to amend Section forty-one of the Water

Boards Act, 1904.

[Assented to 18th January, 1938.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis-

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Water Boards Act Short title.

Amendment Act, 1937, and shall be read as one with the

Water Boards Act, 1904 (No. 4 of 1904), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    Section forty-one of the principal Act is amended Aofmetont

by inserting therein after the word "area" in line two

'

the words "except such reticulation works as the Gov- ernor may exempt from the operation of this section and the next four following sections."

3.   The principal Act as amended by the Acts Citation of

No. 4 of 1919, No. 16 of 1925, No. 26 of 1928, and rn=last.ct

by this Act may be cited as the Water Boards Act,

1904-1937.
