AN ACT to amend the Water Boards Aet, 1904.

[Assented to 3rd January, 1919.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :-

Shorttitle,

1. This Act may be cited as the -Water Boards Act

Amendment Act, 1918, and shall be read as one with the

Water Boards Act, 1904, hereafter referred to as the prin- cipal Act.

of the Governor, and within such limit as the Governor may from time to time determine, make and levy in any year a rate not exceeding three shillings in the pound.
