WATER BOARD (CORPORATISATION) ACT 1994—

PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Water Board (Corporatisation) Act 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint:

(a)	19 December 1994 as the day on which Parts 1, 3, 4 and 5 and section 54 of that Act commence; and
(b)	1 January 1995 as the day on which the remainder of that Act

commences.
