WATER AUTHORITY (CHARGES) AMENDMENT BY-LAWS (NO. 7) 1994

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the

Minister for Water Resources.

Citation

1.     These by-laws may be cited as the Water Authority (Charges)

Amendment By-laws (No. 7) 1994.

Schedule 1 amended

2.      Schedule 1 to the Water Authority (Charges) By-laws 1987* is amended

in Division 1, Part 3, item 5 (a) by deleting

"over 600 kL	61.5 cents"
and substituting the following —
"
over 600 kL but not over 1 100 000 kL	61.5 cents

over 1 100 000 kL 60.1 cents
