WATER AUTHORITY (CHARGES) AMENDMENT

BY-LAWS (NO. 6) 1994

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the

Minister for Water Resources.

Citation

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Water Authority (Charges)

Amendment By-laws (No. 6) 1994.

By-law 18 amended

2.     By-law 18 (4) of the Water Authority (Charges) By-laws 1987* is

amended by deleting paragraph	(a)	and substituting the following
paragraph —

(a)	where the land concerned is —
(i) in the town of Cue, Laverton, Leonora, Meekatharra,

Menzies, Sandstone or Wiluna — up to 600 kl in the

year for which the amount is assessed; or

any other land south of 26° South

(ii)      Latitude — up to 400 kl in the year for which

the amount is assessed;
