WATER AUTHORrrY (CHARGES) AMENDMENT BY-LAWS (NO. 5) 1995

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the

Minister for Water Resources.

Citation

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Water Authority (Charges)

Amendment By-laws (No. 5) 1995.

Schedule 8 amended

2.    Schedule 8 to the Water Authority (Charges) By-laws 1987* is

amended —

Approved by the Minister for Water Resources— PETER FOSS.

(a) in the item headed "Class 1" by inserting after "Grass Valley,"

the following —

" Gravity Main, "; and
(b)	in the item headed "Class 3" by deleting "Gravity Main,".
