WATER AUTHORITY ACT 1984

(a) in sub-bylaw (1) by deleting "subject to Sub-bylaw (2)," and substituting the following — subject to sub-bylaws (2) and (6), "; and

WATER AUTHORITY (CHARGES) AMENDMENT BY-LAWS (NO. 4) 1995

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the

Minister for Water Resources.

Citation

1.    These by-laws may be cited as the Water Authority (Charges)

Amendment By-laws (No. 4) 1995.

By-law 7 amended

2.      By-law 7 of the Water Authority (Charges) By-laws 1987* is amended —

(b) after sub-bylaw (5) by inserting the following sub-bylaw —
