WATER AUTHORITY (CHARGES) AMENDMENT

BY-LAWS (NO. 4) 1993

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the

Minister for Water Resources.

Citation

1.    These by-laws may be cited as the Water Authority (Charges)

Amendment By-laws (No. 4) 1993.

Schedule 1 amended

2.     Schedule 1 to the Water Authority (Charges) By-laws 1987* is amended

in Division 1, Part 3, item 5 —

(a) in paragraph (a) by inserting after "mentioned in paragraph (b)" the following —

or (c) "; and

(b) by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph —

(c) in the case of land classified as Commercial/Residential —

up to 75 kL no charge over 75 but not over 150 kL 19.0 cents over 150 but not over 750 kL 55.1 cents over 750 kL 61.5 cents
