WATER AUTHORITY CHARGES AMENDMENT

BY-LAWS NO.41992

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the

Minister for Water Resources.

Citation

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Water Authority Charges

Amendment By-laws No. 4 1992.

Principal by-laws

2. In these by-laws the Water Authority Charges By-laws 1987* are

referred to as the principal by-laws.

Schedule 2 amended

3.       Schedule 2 to the principal by-laws is amended in Part 2 by inserting in

the appropriate alphabetical position in the Table to item 3 the following -

" CERVANTES 12 12 ".

Application

4.       The charge set out in by-law 3 applies to and in relation to -

a	land connected with a sewer, commencing from the day of such connection;
and
b	land that is capable of being connected with a sewer and in
relation to which a notice has been sent under by-law 21 of the principal by-laws, commencing from 1 April 1992.
