WATER AUTHORITY (CHARGES) AMENDMENT BY-LAWS (NO. 3) 1995

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the

Minister for Water Resources.

Citation

1.     These by-laws may be cited as the Water Authority (Charges)

Amendment By-laws (No. 3) 1995.

Principal by-laws

2.     In these by-laws the Water Authority (Charges) By-laws 1987* are

referred to as the principal by-laws.

By-law 18 amended

3.      By-law 18 (4) (a) (i) of the principal by-laws is amended by deleting "or

Wiluna" and substituting the following —

Wiluna or Yalgoo (from 1995/1996 onwards) ".

By-law 18B amended

4.      By-law 18B (3) of the principal by-laws is amended —

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "17B (3) (a)" and substituting the

following —

" 17A (3) (a) ";

(b) in paragraph (b) —

in subparagraph (1) by deleting "or Wiluna" and

(i)       substituting the following —

Wiluna or Yalgoo (from 1995/1996 onwards) "; and

(ii)      by deleting "17B (3) (a)" and substituting the following —

" 17A (3) (a) "; and

(c) in paragraph (c) by deleting "17B (3) (a)" and substituting the

following —

" 17A (3) (a) ".

By-law 25A amended

5.      By-law 25A (7) of the principal by-laws is amended by deleting "(c) the

matters" and substituting the following —

" (ca) the matters ".

Schedule 1 amended

6.     Schedule 1 to the principal by-laws is amended in Division 1, Part 3,

item 3 (a) by deleting "or Wiluna" and substituting the following —

Wiluna or Yalgoo By resolution of the Board. of— ".
