WATER AUTHORITY (CHARGES) AMENDMENT BY-LAWS (NO. 2) 1994

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the

Minister for Water Resources.

Citation

1.    These by-laws may be cited as the Water Authority (Charges)

Amendment By-laws (No. 2) 1994.

Schedule 4 amended

Approved by the Minister for Water Resources— PAUL D. OMODEI.

2.     Schedule 4 to the Water Authority (Charges) By-laws 1987* is amended

in Part 3, item 3 (b) by deleting "$2 965.00" and substituting the following —

" $2 060.00 ".
