WATER AUTHORITY (CHARGES) AMENDMENT

BY-LAWS (NO. 2) 1992

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the

Minister for Water Resources.

Citation

1.    These by-laws may be cited as the Water Authority (Charges)

Amendment By-laws (No. 2) 1992.

Schedule 2 amended

2.     Schedule 2, Part 1 of the Water Authority (Charges) By-laws 1987* is

amended in item 4 (a) by inserting after "minor permit" the following —

ff.

" (other than a minor permit issued for a country sewerage area)
