WATER AUTHORITY (CHARGES) AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1995

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the

Minister for Water Resources.

Citation

1.     These by-laws may be cited as the Water Authority (Charges)

Approved by the Minister for Water Resources: PETER FOSS.

Amendment By-Laws 1995.

Schedule 2 amended

2.     Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Water Authority (Charges) By-laws 1987* is

amended in the Table to item 3 by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical

position, in columns 1, 2 and 3 respectively, the following —

PEMBERTON 12.000 12.000 ".
