WATER AUTHORITY AMENDMENT BY-LAWS (NO. 2) 1992

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the

Minister for Water Resources.

PART 1— PRELIMINARY

Citation

1.     These by-laws may be cited as the Water Authority Amendment By-laws

(No. 2) 1992.

Commencement

2.     These by-laws come into operation on 1 January 1993.

PART 2— METROPOLITAN WATER SUPPLY, SEWERAGE AND

DRAINAGE BY-LAWS 1981

Principal by-laws

3.     In this Part the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage By-

laws 1981* are referred to as the principal by-laws.

9.     By-law 19.3.1 of the principal by-laws is amended -

PART 4— COUNTRY AREAS WATER SUPPLY BY-LAWS 1957

By-law 5A amended

13. By-law 5A of the Country Areas Water Supply By-laws 1957* is
amended —

(a) in sub-bylaw (3) —

(i)       by deleting "the commencement of the Country Areas Water

Supply Amendment By-laws 1991" and substituting the

following —
