WATER AUTHORITY AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1994
Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the
Minister for Water Resources.
PART 1— PRELIMINARY
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Water Authority Amendment
By-laws 1994.
Commencement
2. These by-laws come into operation on 1 July 1994.
Application
3. by-law in force before that day in so far as that by-law relates to a fee or Nothing in these by-laws affects the application after 1 July 1994 of a
charge for a period commencing before that day or to a fee or charge for any
