Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia with the approval of the
Minister for Water Resources.
PART 1— PRELIMINARY
Citation
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Water Authority Amendment By-laws
1992.
Application
2. Nothing in these by-laws affects the application after 1 July 1992 of a by-law in force before that day in so far as that by-law relates to a fee or charge for a period commencing before that day or to a fee or charge for any
