I make the following order under section 10 of the Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008 .30 June 2009

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Water and Sewerage Industry Exemption Order 2009 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 1 July 2009. 3ExemptionsAll persons, except for the Regional Corporations, are exempt from sections 20(2) and 30 of the Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008 . 4When order ceases to be in force This order ceases to be in force on 30 June 2010.
