Water and Sewerage Industry Declaration Order 2011

I make the following order under section 31(1) of the Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008 .21 March 2011

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Water and Sewerage Industry Declaration Order 2011 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Declaration (1)  The activity of providing a service for the collection or use of stormwater is declared to not be a regulated activity. (2)  The activity of providing a service for the recycling of water is declared to not be a regulated activity. (3)  The activity of providing a service for the re-use of water is declared to not be a regulated activity. (4)  Subclauses (1) , (2) and (3) apply in relation to a service whether or not the service is provided through infrastructure that is used for the collection of sewage.
