Water and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2015 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the WaterandOtherLegislationAmendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 3 Replacement of s 2 (Commencement) Section 2— omit, insert — 2 Commencement (1) This regulation, other than sections 13, 14, 32, 33 and 41(3) and (4), commences on the commencement of the WaterReformandOtherLegislation Amendment Act 2014 , section 68. (2) Sections 13 and 33 commence on the commencement of the WaterReformandOtherLegislation Amendment Act 2014 , section 150. (3) Sections 14 and 32 commence on the commencement of the WaterReformandOtherLegislation Amendment Act 2014 , section 152. (4) Section 41(3) and (4) commences on the commencement of the WaterReformandOtherLegislation Amendment Act 2014 , section 70. 4 Omission of s 45 (Amendment of sch 26 (Dictionary)) Section 45— omit .
