Water and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2008 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 16 August 2009. (2) In this section— postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Water and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2007 . Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 17 August 2009. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 18 August 2009.
