s1 2 s3 Water and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2006 No. 86, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2006 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 19 May 2007. (2) In this section— postponed law means the provisions of the Water and OtherLegislation Amendment Act 2005 that are not in force. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 21 May 2007.
