AMENDMENT ACT 1997 No 63-PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Water and Environmental Planning Legislation Amendment Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 6 February 1998 as the day on which Schedule 1 [10]-[12] and Schedule 3 to that Act commence.
