Water and Drainage (Amendment) Act 1911 (NSW)

Act No. 20, 1911.

An Act to amend the Water and Drainage Act, 1902, and the Water and Drainage and Artesian Wells (Amending) Act, 1906 ; and for purposes incidental thereto. [7th Decem- ber, 1911.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative authority of the same as follows :—

1 . This Act mav be cited as the ' W a t e r and Drainage

(Amendment) Act, 1911."

2 . Section six of the Water and Drainage and Artesian Wells (Amending) Act, 11)06, is amended by omitting the word "seven" and inserting the word " twelve".
