Water Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Water Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 82 (Purpose of pt 8) (1) Section 82(3)(a)(ii), (iii), (vi) and (viii)— omit. (2) Section 82(3)(a)(iv) to (xi)— renumber as section 82(3)(a)(ii) to (vii). (3) Section 82(3)(b)(i)— omit. (4) Section 82(3)(b)(ii), ‘other’— omit.
