Water Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Water Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of sch 11 (Subartesian areas) Schedule 11, entry for ‘Pioneer subartesian area on plan AP10057’— omit, insert— ‘Sarina subartesian area stock or domestic on plan CAS1672 purposes stock or domestic purposes’.
