Water Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Water Regulation 2002. 3 Insertion of new s 48E Part 4— insert — 48E Dissolution of Myall Plains Water Authority for conversion to Myall Plains Water Co-operative Ltd (1) For the purposes of converting the Myall Plains Water Authority to the Myall Plains Water Co-operative Ltd, the Myall Plains Water Authority is dissolved under section 691(1)(b) of the Act. (2) Under section 691(2) of the Act, the authority area shown on plan AP13401 is dissolved. 4 Amendment of sch 6 (Water authorities) Schedule 6, entry for Myall Plains Water Authority— omit .
