Water Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Water Regulation 2002. 3 Relocation of s 48B (Dissolution of Taberna Bore Water Board and appointment of chief executive to perform functions—Act, s 691(1)(d)) Section 48B— relocate to part 4. 4 ‘48C Insertion of new s 48C Part 4— insert — Dissolution of water authority area shown on plan AP4041 The authority area shown on AP4041 is dissolved.
