Water Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Water Regulation 2002. 3 Insertion of new s 48D Part 4— insert— ‘48D Dissolution of Dundowran–Nikenbah Water Board for conversion to Wide Bay Water Corporation—Act, s 691 ‘(1) For the purposes of converting the Dundowran–Nikenbah Water Board to the Wide Bay Water Corporation the Dundowran–Nikenbah Water Board is dissolved under section 691(1)(b) of the Act. ‘(2) Under section 691(2) of the Act, the authority area shown on plan AP7348 is dissolved. ‘(3) In this section— Wide Bay Water Corporation means Wide Bay Water Corporation ACN 98 380 729 010.’. 4 Amendment of sch 6 (Water authorities) Schedule 6, entry for Dundowran–Nikenbah Water Board— omit .
