Water Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2011. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Water Regulation 2002. 4 Amendment of s 24A (Definitions for pt 2A) Section 24A, definition relevant water service provider , paragraph (c)— omit. 5 Amendment of s 24B (Amount and apportionment of annual levy) Section 24B(3)(a), ‘one-third’— omit, insert— ‘half’.
