Water Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 26 February 2010. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Water Regulation 2002 . 4 Amendment of sch 11 (Subartesian areas) Schedule 11, entry for ‘Proserpine subartesian area on plan AP10056’— omit, insert— ‘Dryander subartesian stock or domestic area on plan CAS1827 purposes stock or domestic purposes’.
