s1 2 s6 Water Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 No. 3, 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Water Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Transferring interim water allocations) Schedule 3, entry for Nogoa Mackenzie— omit . 4 Amendment of sch 6 (Water authorities) Schedule 6— insert— ‘Bollon West Water Authority Ingie Water Authority AP 7351 AP 7350’. 5 Amendment of sch 13 (Authority areas) Schedule 13, entries for Charlton, Ingie and Wild Horse Plains Bore Water Supply Areas— omit . 6 Amendment of sch 14 (Water charges) Schedule 14, entry for Fitzroy River Barrage water management area, column 3, all words other than ‘Water harvesting—$3 for each megalitre’— omit.

s7 3 s7 Water Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 No. 3, 2004 7 Insertion of new s 74B Part 7, division 5— insert— ‘74B When changes to particular water charges have effect ‘ (1) This section applies to the amendment of schedule 14, entry for Fitzroy River Barrage water management area, column 3, commencing on the commencement of this section. ‘ (2) The minimum charge does not apply for the water year ending on 30 June 2004. ‘ (3) The omission of the charges for water from the Fitzroy River has effect on and from the commencement of this section. ‘ (4) This section applies despite section 58(2).’.
