s1 2 s6 Water Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 No. 195, 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Water Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of pts 2 and 3 Parts 2 and 3— renumber as parts 3 and 4. 4 Amendment of ss 4 to 11 Sections 4 to 11— renumber as sections 5 to 12. 5 Insertion of new pt 2 After part 1— insert— ‘PART 2—NOMINATED PERSONS ‘4 Nominated persons—Act, s 168 A person mentioned in column 1 of schedule 1 is nominated as the person who operates the infrastructure or manages the water mentioned opposite the person in column 2.’. 6 Amendment of sch (Dictionary) Schedule— renumber as schedule 2.
