This is the Water Amendment (Interactions with State Laws) Regulation 2015 (No. 1).

2Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3Authority

This instrument is made under the Water Act 2007.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Water Regulations 2008

1  Clause 1AA of Part 1 of Schedule 5 (at the end of the table)

Add:

16 Water Sharing Plan for the Peel Valley Regulated, Unregulated, Alluvium and Fractured Rock Water Sources 2010 (New South Wales) Each of the following water resource plan areas: (a) Namoi; (b) Namoi Alluvium; (c)  New England Fractured Rock and Northern Basalts.
