Works) Act 1999 No 87—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Water Amendment (Flood Control Works) Act 1999, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 7 July 2000 as the day on which that Act commences.
