Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority <;f the same, as follows :—
1 . This Act m a v b e cited as the ""Water (Amend- ment) Act, 1916." '

2 . The " W a t e r Act, 1912," is amended as follows:—

(a)

In section thirty-five omit the words " out of the funds raised under this Part, or out of the revenue account or the loan account of the Public Works Fund " ; and at the end of the section acid the words " The cost of carrying out such works may he defrayed from such Loan Votes as are now or may hereafter be applicable to the purpose or from the Public Works Fund."

(b)

In sections sixty-six and sixty-seven respectively omit the words " out of the funds raised under this P a r t " , and substitute the words " out of such Loan Votes as are now or may hereafter be applicable to the purpose."

(c) Sections sixty-eight and sixty-nine arc repealed.
