Water Agencies (Water Use) Amendment

By-laws 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These by-laws are the Water Agencies (Water Use) Amendment
By-laws 2016.

2.             Commencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows —

(a)	by-laws 1 and 2 — on the day on which these by-laws are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the by-laws — when the Water Services Legislation Amendment Regulations 2016 regulation 3 comes into operation.

3.             By-laws amended

These by-laws amend the Water Agencies (Water Use)
By-laws 2010.

4.             By-law 3 amended

(1)	In by-law 3 delete the definitions of:
scheme water scheme water supplier

(2)	In by-law 3 in the definition of domestic bore water delete “water” and insert:
water or water

5.             Part 2 Division 1A deleted

Delete Part 2 Division 1A.

6.             Part 2 Division 1 heading deleted

Delete the heading to Part 2 Division 1.

7.             Part 2 Division 2 heading deleted

Delete the heading to Part 2 Division 2.

8.             Part 3 heading inserted

Before by-law 10 insert:

Part 3 — Exemptions from water restrictions

9.             Parts 3 and 4 deleted

Delete Parts 3 and 4.
