Water Agencies (Infringements) Amendment

Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Water Agencies (Infringements)
Amendment Regulations 2007.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Water Agencies
(Infringements) Regulations 1994.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3 is amended by deleting “by-law 2(1) of the Water
Agencies (Water Restrictions) By-laws 1998” and inserting
instead —

by-law 4 of the Water Agencies (Water Use)

By-laws 2007

5.             Regulation 5 amended

Regulation 5(2) is amended by deleting “by-law 2(1) of the
Water Agencies (Water Restrictions) By-laws 1998.” and
inserting instead —

by-law 4 of the Water Agencies (Water Use)

By-laws 2007.

6.             Schedule amended

(1)

The Schedule Form 1 is amended by deleting “by-law 2 of the Water Agencies (Water Restrictions) By-laws 1998, contrary to by-law 2(1).” and inserting instead —

the Water Agencies (Water Use) By-laws 2007, contrary to by-law 4.

The Schedule Form 2 is amended by deleting “by-law 2 of the Water Agencies (Water Restrictions) By-laws 1998, contrary to by-law 2(1),” and inserting instead —
